PLAY'N WIT DA CORDUROYS

Hi Ladies & Gents,

Today, I decided to werk my cords. It seems so long since I wore a pair because last year, it did not get that cold, at least in my neck of the woods. What I've done is pair them up with a military corduroy type jacket, a pair of boots that has wrinkles along the top with straps, and accessories. The scarf, I decided to play with a little. It went from a necktie, to a bow, a belt, yada yada ya, lol. Can yall tell, I wanted to be a model when I was much younger. I somehow got stuck in this 5'4" frame and never grew out of it. I guess, Im sorta living out my dream, who knows, lol. Anywho, you can have a look and see for yourself. OFFICE OUTFIT OF THE DAY: CASUAL FRIDAY

Hi Ladies & Gents,

For those who do not know that I have a YouTube channel, I do and my channel name is mizt6961. To all others, this week, I decided to switch it up a bit. I wanted to add more vids with me sporting everyday wear, like clothing I wear to work, on dress down/casual Friday's, and what I wear to church, which I call, "Sunday best." Normally, I would just pick some random outfit from the closet, tryn to keep it sexi, lol. However, there are so many sides to me that I want to start showing. So far, my YT subscribers have shown me a lot of luv and support and I definitely appreciate it. They could be doing anything else or watching someone else channel but took the time to support me. I am most grateful! To my subscribers, when I say I appreciate you, I REALLY DO! THE CRAB MENTALITY

Hi Ladies & Gents,

You know, it's nothing worst then seeing someone who make it their business to bring someone else down. Although in crabs the reasons they do this is to gain access to the female crabs. They also use their claws to dig holes which they use for resting, hiding, mating and to defend against intruders. Crabs are known to work together, to provide food and protection for their family. This doesn't sound  bad to me but the reason man uses this analogy is to show how combative we can be over the simplest of things. For those who kill other people dreams by bringing them down or always having something negative to say, you might want to change your way of thinking. This is what I called, STINKY THINKING. To sum it up, if you going to be a crab, BE A CRAB!   Much luv, Peace!

PSYCHEDELIC SHACK

Hi Ladies & Gents,

Today I'm showing you how I created this look with my psychedelic booties.  These boots reminds me of the 60s era which I came up in. I remember the hippies, cool colors, Vietnam, the love songs, etc. I could go on and on with that one. Anywho, I decide to go with a messy loc bun. My outfit consist of a pair of neon earrings and belt, a green bell sleeve top,  a black faux leather pleated skirt, and a pair of black tights. The booties are neon green, yellow, pink, blue, and black. Sorry, I could not pick up the colors as much but hopefully you like how I styled them anyway.  With that said, check out the pics and thanks again for stopping thru. PERM, WIGS, OR LOCS: DONT ANSWER DAT...

Hi Ladies & Gent,

This is really not a question I wanted answered. I shared with my YouTube fam what I would look like with relaxed hair or perhaps a short or long wig. All of my videos posted have been with me sport'n my natural hair/locs. Just thought I would mix it up a bit and show them a new look other then through fashion. Although, the wigs look cute, I like my hair in its natural state. I absolutely luv my locs and the only way I would get rid of them, would be if I start losing my hair line or my hair start to really thin out. Still, I would stay natural. They are just who I am. Its somethang about wearing them, the freedom you sense, the inner beauty you embace, yada yada yada. I guess you are wondering do I really gain all that. Yes, I do! I really think, I would have not connected with the inner me as quickly. Reading God words reveals a lot to me about myself too but its a lil different with the locs. I know now what Sampson (in the bible) must have felt like, gotta study that one day. People be saying, they are not their hair, He was definitely his. Anywho, hope you like the pics. OUT WIT DA OLD, IN WIT DA NEW

Hi Ladies & Gents,

Let me start off by wishing you a Happy New Year! I did not make any resolutions, I normally don't. I just focus on staying alive and not making my angels work overtime. This year, I really wanted to go out because my hubby and I have not done much this year since his job changed. He can be called at any time so we are definitely on a hunt for a better job or better hours. However, since our plans were cancelled, I decided to give honor where honor was due and that is to my Lord & Savior Jesus Christ. I got dressed as if I was still going somewhere and found a song that honor him and his Goodness. I found the song by Charles Jenkins called, Awesome! What a way to celebrate the New Year by telling God how AWESOME he is and was for me in 2012. I stand here today not because of anything I did but because of him... and Lord knows what I have endured last year but Im Still Standing and is very grateful.  Anywho, this is my look. Hope you all like it and thank you so much for stopping thru. I already know, you could have been doing something else but you found time to think about me. Im truly honored. God bless you!
