KMART IN EFFECT

Hi Ladies & Gents,

Today I am showing you how I styled another outfit from Kmart, I told you I would. This time around, I am wearing a tan khaki suit; pants and blazer. The quality of it is really nice for a Kmart brand. Many times, I overlook their clothing department thinking that the fit would be jacked up, cut wrong. Ladies, you know how some of the cheaper brands are. To complete the look, I added a long sleeve flower shirt that I got from there as well. I love that it had bold yellow buttons and leaves on it for a pop of color, a pair of tan open toed wedges, gold choker and yellow handbag.

As you guys already know, the pictures are below. They are a little different this time. My laptop was acting real ugly so I had to use my cell phone camera. I think they came out okay. What do you think? Your feedback is always welcome. I might have to go this route for a minute until I see what's up with my laptop, so bare wit me alright. Much Luv, Peace!

SPORTN A NO SLEEVE/LONG SLEEVE DRESS

Hi Ladies & Gents,

Today I am showing you how I styled this no sleeve/long sleeve dress. You guys get to see it first. I made a video for Youtube and for some reason, it came out so choppy that I could not use it, ugh. Not sure if I will record it over. I might just do a picture slide or something. Anyway, I saw this dress first on Instagam (IG) and fell in love with it. I am one of those chicks who love different shapes/cuts in clothing, more like the contour look not that ratchetness they have going on now, where everything is revealed. Momma always said, leave something for the imagination and I am proud to say, it has stuck with me to this day. If I were a model, I will definitely be going for that look. That is one of the reasons I wanted to pick up sewing.

Moving on before I get myself in trouble, lol. I styled the dress with a pair of granny heels. For my accessories, I decided on an Afrocentric look, which is another thing I like to do sometimes, especially if I am going out with the hubby. The earring was a gift from one of my Youtube (YT) subscribers and the bracelets,  I purchased from my local Beauty Supply Store (BSS). To seal the look, I added my gold Michael Kors watch. I hope you guys like how I styled it and will continue to come back for more. Thank you so much to those who support me. Please know I greatly appreciate it. MUCH LUV!

DOING IT KMART STYLE

Hi Ladies & Gents,

Today I am showing you all how I styled this two piece suit that I purchase from Kmart, yes I said, Kmart, who would have thought. If I can thrift, I surely can go to Kmart, lol. Actually, I went in there looking for some sewing accessories and spotted not only this suit but some other ones on sale. I must admit I brought four of them. They also had some shirts that I like and purchased as well. You know I planned to werk them OK, lol.

The other suits are made from khaki material, which I love. It is a nice material for the beginning of Spring, for that transition period. You guys already know, when I wear them, I will update my blog. The suit is black & white. The pants have small white polka dots all over them. In addition, the top has polka dots too but with leaves added. I decided to add a pop of color by wearing my long colorful leaf earrings which I purchased from a hair show in Baltimore. I also added a pair of lime green shoes which some of you have seen in my haul, those that follow me on YouTube.  For those of you who are new to my blog, my Youtube channel is, http://www.youtube.com/mizt6961. Check it out sometimes.

In regard to my locs, I decided to mold it into a fro-hawk, one of my favorite styles to wear when its warm outside. Lastly, you all already know the pictures are below. Hope you like them. Thanks for the luv & support, Peace & Blessings!

COLOR BLOCK'N

Hi ladies & Gents,

Today I am coming with a color block look. Seldom I do these type of looks but since it is, no holes barred as far as fashion goes this spring/summer season, I think you will see more of these types of looks. I decided to pair this bow-tie, tye dye blue and white top with a pair of jeggings. For a pop of color, I added a pair of fuchsia heels. To complete the look, I added a pair of fuchsia earring, a yellow belt and purse. My locs are in a Petal Loc Mohawk which was done by a beautiful young lady I found on Instagam (IG) by the name of hairbyrelle. I am loving the whole look and I hope you love it as well. As always, thank you so much for staying tuned in. Much Luv, Peace!
