STYLEN A WHITE DENIM DRESS

Hi Ladies & Gents,

Today I am showing you how I styled a white denim dress. I drove to Virginia to get this dress because the store in my area sold out in a size large. It has an T-shape back with an exposed long zipper. It also came in blue, which I did not get. Not sure why because it was cute as well. Really, I do know why, lol. That store have so many cute pieces in there that I have to make up my mind which items I am going to get. I cannot get everything, lol.

When I purchased it, I was supposed to have been going to an All White Affair that I missed.  However, I brought two white dresses because I wasn't sure how I wanted to dress for the occassion; dressy or casual. You all saw for the first dress, this is the second one.

To complete this look, I went for a more casual playful look. I added a pair of Coach wedges which have multiple colors, a green handbag, beaded white bracelets, and a silver watch. My locs are styed in a high bun. I hope you like the look. Also, I think I would have worn the first outfit for the affair. The pictures are below. Thanks again for the love & support. Much Luv, Peace and Many Blessings.

THE DIFFERENT WAYS TO STYLE A MAXI TOP

Hi Ladies & Gents,

Today I am showing you how to style a maxi top several ways. This trend came on the seen around the middle of July. I fell in love with the tops the moment I saw them. Ladies were wearing them with jeans and shorts. Those who follow me know I dare to be different. You will see me wearing not only jeans or shorts but a skirt as well. Something like a pencil or mini skirt will work just fine.

Also, I played around until I found several creative ways to wear them. Below, I am showing you some of the ways I would wear them for the summer and yes, I found several ways to wear them in the fall/winter too. Although they came in solid colors, the store where I purchased mine came in a variety of patterns too. Those are the ones that I brought. They were in pretty Aztec and African print designs. To create some of the looks, I folded the top front over, under and/or wrapped it around me. I am thinking about doing a YT video showing how I did it. Let me know if you would me interested in seeing how it was done.

To complete the look, I added a pair of black skinny pants, heels, watch, a black metallic bracelet, and my favorite bag for the summer, my jelly bag. I purchased several of these bags, I think they are the cutest. Plus they are very roomy on the inside. I have enough room to put my flats in there after a long day in heels along with my other stuff, lol. As for my locs, they are in pin curls. I added a black flower headband to give me more of a classic look. Well, the pictures are below. Tell me which way you prefer and would wear. Thanks again for showing a sista luv. I really appreciate it. Peace & Many Blessings!

BODYCON MEETS LINEN

Hi Ladies and Gents,

Today I am showing you how I styled an old bodycon dress from last year with a pair of linen pants. There were a few dresses that I wanted to wear this year as well but styled them a little different. So yeah, find a way to work some of those pieces you have in the closet collecting dust. I am not to proud to wear an outfit that I wore before and post it. I know some bloggers shop daily just to sport a different look on their blog. To each its own. If you have it that another story but if it has you robbing Peter to pay Paul then you need to be creative. I threw that in for free, lol. Doing that, you will find yourself in the street if you know what I mean. I definitely do not have it like that.

Well to complete the look, I added a pair of T-strapped heels, silver watch, and a silver bracelet that have three different bracelets attached as one. My locs are still in a frohawk style. As always, the pictures are below. Hope you like them. Much Luv & Many Blessings...

AN ALL WHITE AFFAIR

Hi Ladies & Gents,

Today I am showing you how I styled this beautiful white dress. The dress have these very small holes throughout the whole dress with an exposed back. It also came in pink. I am normally not a pink type of chick but I had to get it, it was too cute. I will show you that one as well when I style it. I wanted to keep the look fairly simply, classy but sexy. Yall already know I love looking sexy. However, in a classy not trashy way, lol. So what I decided to do is put my locs in a 50's look by adding a flower headband, a pair of leaf earring in gold/silver/bronze, a paparazzi clutch, and a pair of white booties. Absent is my watch and a bracelet and that is because there was a white party that I was supposed to attend but I somehow got my dates wrong and missed out, ugh. However, I thought I would show how I would have worn it had I made the event. I know it was fun. Hopefully, I get to go to one before the summer is out. I love events that you have to wear certain colors. I do not party much but when I do, you can bet your bottom dollar, I'm turning heads, lol.

Off the subject a little. I want to thank you guys so much for continually supporting my blog. I really enjoy doing this although I do not post everyday. Its just not enough time in the day for me. When I come home from work, posting on my blog is sometimes the last thing I think about. I am sure you guys understand. However, you all continue to come back. I really appreciate it. I see my numbers are getting high although you guys do not leave message. The fact that you come back is good enough for me. When I say, Much Luv, Peace & Many Blessings, I truly mean it. You guys are the best. Well the pictures are below, hope you like them. Smooches

STYLEN AN AFRICAN PRINT SKIRT

Hi Ladies & Gents,

Today I am showing you how I style this beautiful skirt that I purchased from the thrift store for $4. It's funny how things work sometimes. I have been wanting a African print skirt for a while now but did not want to shove out the money for it. For some reason African print comes with a price tag, lol. However, I walk right into the store and went to the area where the skirts were and behold there was one in my size. I was too thrilled. I know it was God's way of showing me favor because I'm always praying for it. Also, this is one of the reasons I like to thrift. I found a few vintage skirts that same day as well. I will post when I wear them. The skirt is in a beautiful leaf pattern. One thing about me is, I love that Afrocentric look and will pair my pieces and jewelry like that from time to time.

To complete my look, I paired it with a cami, shug, and a pair of T-strapped heels. For my accessories, I added a pair of leaf earrings, wooden bracelet, gold watch and a brown shoulder bag. My locs were styled in a frohawk which I love. I thought my locs had gotten to long for it but somehow I worked it out. The pictures are below. I hope you like how I styled it. Thanks for the luv & support. Peace & Many Blessing...
