Hi Ladies & Gents,
Today I am showing you how I styled this jean dress. I like wearing jean dresses during the fall, especially since you can wear jean material in any season. Lately, I have been thrifting alot. This is where I found this cute little dress along with two other jean dresses. I enjoy thrifting in the fall because fall pieces are a little more expensive. I mainly shop for things like sweaters, blazers, wool and/or corduroy pants, and coats. Speaking of coats, I found two beautiful coats. The only thing is, they both were grey but I had to get them. I will take pictures when I wear them so yall can see them. They were only $6.98, it cost me more to clean them. However, they were still a great steal.
This dress has a lot of character, which is one of the reason I brought it. It is similar to the Levi dress, the only difference is, on the front of the dress, it has these two small pocket at the top and two large ones on the bottom. To complete the look, I decided to wear it over a black/white checkered button down shirt. In addition, I added my cowgirl boots. For my accessories, I added a pair of wooden earrings, beaded bracelet, silver watch, a thin chrome plated belt, and my jelly bag. My locs are pulled back into a ponytail which is my kind of go to style for the fall. This allows me to wear hats if I want to. Also, for the record, you will be seeing this dress again, although I will pair it a little different. Well, I hope you like the pictures below. Thanks for stopping thru and showing me luv. I really appreciate it. Peace & Blessings

FEELING MY AFRICAN ROOTS
Hi Ladies & Gents,
Today I am showing you a look that I will wear from time to time, this beautiful African print dress. I love African prints. The only thing is, they are so expensive. I purchased this dress along with a few others a couple of years ago. Too me, these dresses never goes out of style. This particular one is a tube dress that flares out a little. I love it. It makes me feel like a African Princess or should I say, Goddess since I am older, lol.
To complete this look, I added a pair of yellow earrings and a pair of yellow/clear wedges. For my accessories, I added a wooden bracelet and a watch. Because I was wearing this to work, I did add a yellow cropped denim blazer that seem to work well.
My locs are styled in a beautiful thick bun. I had to throw that in because, I had to work with that thing yall. When I pull my locs together they are so thick. It took a lot of molding to get the shape I wanted. I am such a perfectionist when it comes to my hair. It has to be just right, lol.
Well, the pictures are below for your viewing. I hope you like how I styled it. Thank again for your love and support. Peace & Many Blessings!

STYLEN A VINTAGE CIRCLE SKIRT
Hi Ladies & Gents,
Today I am showing you how I styled this vintage circle skirt. The skirt was purchased from my local thrift store for $4. I could not believe I found this skirt. It had to be God's favor because these types of skirts go really fast. What I really like about it is, it has two large deep pockets on each side and two buttons on the waistband. This skirt is very charming and have a lot of character. I tell you, I received so many compliments when I wore it to work. I decided to pair it with a yellow V-neck blouse from Lexy, a pair of ankle wrap clear and yellow wedges from BareFeet Shoes, yellow earrings, a silver watch, a silver mesh bracelet, and a blue/clear/gray jelly bag purchased from my local Beauty Supply Store (BSS).
The pictures are below. I hope you like how I style it. Also, before flying to your local retail stores for some of these trends, check out your local thrift stores, you will be surprise what you may come across. I know some people do not like shopping at thrift stores but all you have to do is wash or dry cleaned the items and you have a nice looking piece of clothing to style to your liking. As always, Thanks for your luv and support. Peace & Many Blessings!

WHATS UP WITH THESE POLKA DOTS
Hi Ladies & Gents,
For some reason, I have been pulling all these item with polka dots out of my closet and wearing them. I don't know what it is. I guest I have polka dot fever or something, lol. Anyway, I decide to sport this sheath dress purchased from Metrostyle. I thought this dress was so pretty and feminine that I had to get it. It also came in tan and orange, which I brought as well. I wasn't quite sure what color I wanted to wear with it. Most of the time, I choose red. I just think red really gives it that pop although any color works well with black and white.
Therefore, to completed this look, I added a red denim blazer from Dressbarn and a pair of granny heels from Lolashoetique. For my accessories, I added a pair of silver/white button earrings, a silver watch, two beaded white bracelets and my jelly bag. I am still sporting my Janelle Monae loc style. As you know, the pictures are below. Thank you so much for supporting a sista. Much Luv, Peace!
