A CASUAL LOOK

Hi Ladies & Gents,

Today I am sharing a casual look. It has been raining a lot in the DMV and finally I was able to wear something that did not require me to wear rain and/or flat boots. It had been rainy and cool for weeks. The weather has been really crazy here. I will not be surprise if we still had summer in December, lol.  For my look, I decided on a red/white windbreaker jacket, a red T-shirt, a pair of blue skinny jeans, and a pair of red/white puma fierce sneakers. By the way, I am loving the pumas, y'all already know I had to get a couple of pairs. It just would not be right. I purchased them in red, black, and white. Plus, they were calling my name, lol.

My locs are in two ponytails which I have been sporting for a couple days now. I want something different but what, I don't know. I have been considering a new color. We shall see, lol. These grays are trying to take over, you hear me. lol. Well, the pictures are below. I hope you like them. Thanks for stopping through. The love is appreciated. Also, feel free to share my blog with family or friends. Much love, Peace!

Stylen a Tie Up Tunic Top & Turban

Hi Ladies & Gents,

Today I am sharing how I styled a jean tie up tunic top. The top was purchased from Olive Ole. I liked it because it was made of jean material, which is very comfortable to wear. Plus I was always a fan of the tie up shirt. I remember these shirts back in the day. One of the advantage that I am proud to have is the fact that I am here to see fashion repeat itself. Some have returned on at least three occasions.

To complete the look, I added a pair of black skinny pants, a fringe bag, multicolor scarf which I tied like a turban, and a pair of strappy peep toe heels and a pair of shades. My locs are hanging with a part down the middle. The pictures shows both with and without the scarf. I hope you like them and are inspired. Thanks for visiting my blog, do come back you hear, lol. Peace & Blessings

STYLEN A ONE PIECE SWEAT JUMPER

Hi Ladies & Gents,

Today I am showing you how I styled this one piece sweat jumper. I purchased it from Gussini. It came in three colors and of course I purchased them all, lol. I have a pet peeve that if I like something and they have multiple colors, I'm getting them. Another thing about me is on the weekend, I love wearing sweats or jeans. I guess it is because I am so restricted at work. This day I decided to put on one to take photos in, lets just say I was missing the sun. It has been raining and/or cloudy for going on two weeks now. So yes, I need Summer to come on through here, lol.

To complete the look, I added a pair of chandelier wooden earrings, and a pair of Puma Fenty Trainers endorsed by Rihanna. I love these sneakers. I wish I would have purchased them in red and black as well. I did get the Puma Fierce Core which are similar in Red and Black. I will post pics when I wear them. My locs are still in my loc rolled Mohawk style. The pictures are below. I hope you like how I styled it. Thanks Again for the Love, PEACE!

HOW I STYLE A ASYMMETRICAL SWEATER DRESS

Hi Ladies & Gents,

Today I  am sharing how I styled this asymmetrical sweater dress. You guys, I love this dress. I have about four of them. I have it in wine, tan, baby blue, and light pinkish, lol. They are so comfortable. I was hesitant to wear them to work at first but you know me, I'm going to find a way to make it work. I added a shaper slip or sometimes I will wear the shaper shorts underneath. Either way, it works. These dresses can be worn with a pair of skinny pants, jeans, or leggings. This day, which was on Mother's Day, I decide to wear it as is.

To complete the look, I added a pair of two toned wooden earrings, a two toned bag, and a pair of strappy heels. People love this bag, I always get compliments on it. My locs are rolled into a Mohawk style. Locs can be very hot on you neck when it is somewhat warm out so I have been trying to keep them pinned up some kind of way. By the way, Happy Belated Mother's Day! I pray you had an awesome day and remember those days you are presented with lemons, make lemonade. The pictures are below. I hope they inspire you. Thanks for the love, Peace & Blessings!

STYLEN AN OPEN SHOULDER DRESS AND TURTLENECK DRESS

Hi Ladies  Gents,

Today I am showing you how I styled this turtleneck dress and open shoulder top. Since both pieces have open shoulders, I decided to pair them together. The dress was purchase from Olive Ole and the top from Rainbow. I love an open shoulder top and you all know, you are bound to get a turtleneck top or dress from me if it somewhat cold out, lol. I hate being cold.

My locs are in two ponytails. Don't be scared to pull that little girl out every now and then lol. To complete this look, I added a pair of silver hoops and a pair of  knee boots. Well the picture are below. I hope you like them and are inspired. Thanks for the love & support. Peace!

STYLEN A TURTLENECK PONCHO

Hi Ladies & Gents,

Today I am sharing how I styled this beautiful poncho and skinny leg pants. The poncho was purchased from Burlington Coats and the pants from Olive Ole.  I fell in love with this top basically because the color combo was beautiful and the quality is awesome. It is nice and thick. The pants are trickled with small dots which you can barely see. When I decide how to work my more expensive camera, you all will be able to see all that, lol. Until then bare with me aight lol.

To complete the look, I added a set of beaded bracelets, a fringe bag, a pair of shades, and a pair of gray boots. My locs are in what I call a Pocahontas/Indian style. There is the gentleman on IG by the name of Black Raw who wears his locs like this and I thought I would try it.  By the way, he is very handsome & married lol.  Well you know the pictures are below. I am so behind with updating my blog, I apologize. I will try to be better at it, lol. Thanks for continued love & support, it is appreciated. Blessings!
