HATE

Hi Ladies & Gents,

Today, I am coming to you with my Spiritual Food of the Day, written by me in 1996.  The title is called, HATE.  Enjoy & Be Blessed, PEACE!

Hate crime is on the rise again

where one is judged by the color of their skin

hate carries with it a very powerful force

to let it develop in you is one's choice

intense hostility is what hatred means

in its fullness it robs a person of their dreams

it leads to violence of every kind

all because of an opinion formed in someone mind

the world will never be given over to one race

without the variation of colors it will be a dull looking place

I wonder what it will be like if we reverse the curse

and everybody decided to love each other first

chains and shackles will begin to break free

then we can raise the standard of equality

separation of color will become extinct

the word will only be used when referring to a substance

people will no longer be judged by the color of their skin

because the eyes of the beholder realizes that beauty lies within

It's powerful what these two words can create

Which will you choose, LOVE or will it be HATE
