This is my second go round styling a turtleneck dress. I luv me a turtleneck top or dress. This is one piece of clothing that will never go out of style. I remember wearing turtlenecks as far back as when I was a child and believe me that was some years ago, lol. Anywho, the last time, the dress already had character so I just added a jacket to it.
