STYLEN AN AFRICAN BUTTONDOWN SHIRT

Hi Ladies & Gents,

Today I am showing you how I styled this beautiful button down dashiki shirt. I purchased it from a local mall in my area. It was on sale for $20. The actual price was $25. I brought it in two colors, in green/black and in blue/yellow. I love wearing almost anything in the dashiki print. I remember almost every black person wearing them back in the day. That was a beautiful sight. I hope more black people sport them. You can dress them up or down. They make me feel like the queen I am.

To complete the look, I added a pair of skinny jeans and a pair of T-strapped wedges. My accessories included a pair of wooden earring and some beaded bracelets. My locs are curled and pulled over to one side. The pictures are below. I hope you are inspired by and like them. Peace & Blessings!

STYLEN A CAMO DRESS

Hi Ladies & Gents,

Today I am showing you how I styled this Camo dress. The dress was purchased from Olive Ole, which is my favorite store to buy trendy pieces. It is only a few blocks from where I live. For those of you who are familiar with Urbanog, the items they carry are the same. It just prevents me from having to pay shipping and handling.

For this look, it did not take much to style it since the dress pretty much speak for itself. My accessories only consist of some bracelets, a clutch purse and a pair of fringe heels. My locs are parted on the side and hanging. Also, I dyed my locs recently to eggplant purple. You can barely see it on the pictures but I love the color. It looks dark in the shade and light in the sun which I like because of the type of position I have as well.  Well the pictures are below, I hope you like how I styled it. Thanks for showing me love, Peace & Blessing!

STYLEN A DASHIKI DRESS

Hi Ladies & Gents,

Today I am showing how I styled this dashiki dress. It was purchased from a vendor located in DC. Can you believe I only paid $20 for it. I also purchased it in green as well. I like how they are making them a little more fashionable. This particular one has pleats along the bottom.

To complete the look, I decided to add my chrome belt to cinch in the waist a little. and a pair of tie up heels. For my accessories, I wore a pair of wooden Africa flag earrings, a cuff and wooden bracelet. My locs are pulled up in one of my favorite hairstyles. I called it my Janelle Monae look. Well, the pictures are below. I hope you like how I styled it. Thanks for the continue love and support. Peace & Blessing!

STYLEN A OFF THE SHOULDER MINI DRESS

Hi Ladies & Gents,

Today I am showing you how I styled this off the shoulder mini dress. It was purchased from a local store called Styles. I think the price was $35. The off the shoulder tops/dresses seems to be in this summer and I am loving it. Also, I plan to make a few. What I like about it too is that they are loose fitting and light weight.

To complete the look, I added a pair of wedge heels. My accessories included a leather choker, kimono belt, a wooden and beaded bracelet and a bubble/dr. bag. My locs are curled and pulled to one side. The pictures are below. I hope you are inspired and like them. Thanks for your continue support. Peace & Blessings!

STYLEN A TATTOO DRESS

Hi Ladies & Gents,

Today I am showing you how I styled this Tattoo dress. The dress was purchase from Gussini for $10. I thought it was too cute and at a great price. I brought it in a size 1x because I wanted it to fall like a midi dress instead of a mini dress. I love these dresses. They are so comfortable to wear and you do not need a lot of accessories to complete the look. The only thing was added was a pair of earring, a bag, and a pair of wedge heels that I purchased from Rainbow for $20. I have them in about four colors lol. I told y'all if I really like something, I will buy it in multiple colors. Well the pictures are below. I hope you like how I styled it. Peace & Blessings!

STYLEN A SHIRTDRESS

Hi Ladies & Gents,

Today I am showing you how I styled this checkered shirtdress. I purchased it last year from Olive Ole. I forgot how much I paid for it. It was probably under $30 since their items are not that expensive. Clothing range from $13 to $40 bucks. I may have already shared the look but you know me, I tend to wear it a little different each time.

This time around, each time, I only changed was the earrings, belt, and shoes. I dressed it down a little with the sneakers, which I love. They are so comfortable. My son brought them for me. If they were not white, I think I would wear them almost everyday, lol. Well I only took a few picture but they are below. I hope you like them and are inspired to make your pieces work for you by simply accessorizing them a little. Much Luv, Peace!
