Today I am showing how I styled this dashiki dress. It was purchased from a vendor located in DC. Can you believe I only paid $20 for it. I also purchased it in green as well. I like how they are making them a little more fashionable. This particular one has pleats along the bottom.
To complete the look, I decided to add my chrome belt to cinch in the waist a little. and a pair of tie up heels. For my accessories, I wore a pair of wooden Africa flag earrings, a cuff and wooden bracelet. My locs are pulled up in one of my favorite hairstyles. I called it my Janelle Monae look.
